Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City once said, "The only thing I've ever successfully made in the kitchen is a mess…and several small fires."

I'm sure that people like me who are not the best chefs can identify with Carrie on that one. Now that you get the idea, let me tell you what I can make in the kitchen (besides what is mentioned above).

The recipe that I am going to share with you is pretty much idiot-proof - perfect for anyone who is a stranger to the kitchen.

Once you make this, it will become your go-to snack, appetizer, lunch and even dinner.

I picked this one up from eighth grade home economics. It wasn't my best class, but this was my favorite food to make.

I call it the "Easy-Bake Mini Pizzas," and no, you don't need an Easy Bake Oven to make them.

You don't even need to make the dough! Once you try this foolproof recipe, you'll never get delivery again!

This is an easy, delicious, anytime meal that can be made for any occasion. Be creative with the toppings.

You can use pepperoni, pineapple and ham, meatballs, or chicken.

Also, you can substitute barbeque or buffalo sauce to make a barbecue or buffalo chicken pizza instead of marinara sauce.

What You'll Need:

-1 package of Pillsbury Biscuits
-1 can of your favorite marinara sauce
-1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese
-Garlic powder and oregano, to taste

What To Do:

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease two cookie sheets.
- Flatten each biscuit and space them about an inch to and inch and a half apart.
-On each pizza, top with two teaspoons of marinara sauce, one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella, and the oregano and garlic powder.
-Put both of the cookie sheets in the oven, and bake according to the directions on the biscuit package.
-When they're done, let cool and either serve as is, or cut them up and serve as appetizers!
